i work for hmv and transferred to edinburgh today to work the signing and i was the one behind all of the social media (@hmvEdinburgh)

here is what i’ve taken from today:

louis’ coffee order was a large latte with an extra shot

they flew from london to edinburgh this morning and were flying to glasgow straight after [did someone say private jet?]

the entire entourage was there (but not eleanor with i thought was strange since she’s literally supposed to show face at these kind of things)

his jumper was brand new with the tag still in and he got changed into it when he arrived

considering how hectic the past few days have been for him, he was so polite and took the time to talk to everyone who came to see him

at one point, a fan asked him his favourite song on the album and you could see the panic in his eyes because he definitely had a brain freeze and couldn’t remember what his songs were

matt vines is the new love of my life, i have so much time for him (he also made a dig at stalkers to me which was very funny)

jordan and oli have brilliant banter (they were gutted that greggs had run out of sausage rolls when they arrived) and jordan took loads of polaroids

he can’t write for shit: he signed name on my vinyl and it’s basically two separate words but he did double check he was spelling it correctly

louis was exhausted and i was talking to him at the end and asked about getting my vinyl signed and a picture but said not to worry if he wasn’t feeling it and he said “don’t be silly, get in here” and johnny took a picture but the lighting is awful

but the thing that made me DIE INSIDE came from mr matt vines himself

we were chatting about stuff and about being nice to people at these kind of events and these words actually come out of his mouth

“well, treat people with kindness... as our Mr Styles would say.”
