i love that i can just ghost people whenever i want and i do not feel bad about it anymore , cause in the end — It’s not like my life is meant to revolve around them 24/7. And i genuinely had come to a point where i HEAVILY DISLIKE constant texting not unless im the one initiating it

and i’m more than thankful of my friends since they didn’t mind my treatment and actually respect my choices ?? (of course when i start chatting with them again i inform them the reasons of my silence) i am surrounded by such beautiful people who knows the balance in time when it comes to personal life and bonding together. But still, i am fully aware that sometimes they want to talk to me, though i’m just someone now who prefers to talk more out of the internet and isn’t just that attached to anyone anymore like i did during 2021-(early)2024. I do not care if my friends ends up ghosting me as i know we are not committed to one another, i do not care if they spend time with new people because our lives wasn’t built to just remain unchanging and be constantly around each other, then lastly, might be out of context but i am not as angry as i was before too and can finally manage my emotions :)

i think the best part of migrating in the US is i was finally able to do the act i’ve been wanting to do — be away from the internet, deactivate my main, live a peaceful life, can do school works without the need of any socials, and just have my journal accounts as my socmed ! I’ve never been happier and i will admit it lessened my stress knowing i dont have to deal with people back in my hometown anymore. Of course i still talk to some of them and im not including everyone to whom caused my overwhelming stress but yeah, my main and messenger was really the cause of my problems during my early months here.
