11 and 20 for the music ask 🎶👋
Hi!!!
11. A song that you never get tired of
I remember hearing this and that bass hit me straight in my soul paired with the airy tone of Syd's voice that adds to the sensuality, fucking looooove and I never get tired of it. i never skip this (unless my mother is with me)
20. A song that has many meanings to you
My parents are both pakka Tamil cinephiles, my mother leaning more towards the arthouse/independent films and my dad was more mass (aka Kamal vs Rajini fans lol) but they were both very intentional about what films they would let me and my brother watch as kids and used films as a tool to demonstrate moral and political perspectives they aligned with. There were a couple things in this but basically if a man isnt willing to give up his rich city boy life to farm because love is about partnership like santosh and the song encapsulates that with "the sky hasnt fallen to the earth for all this time because it was held up with the pillars of love" this was also the launch of my hyperfixation era where a friend gifted us this copy and i literally watched it everyday for two weeks straight. also launched my jayam ravi rasigar sangam membership (but also found trisha so beautiful it nearly broke my brain i didn't understand bisexuality at the age of like 12)
Music Asks!
I was tagged by @01432853 to list 5 songs I'm listening to right now. Thank you for tagging me 🎶
I'm listening to music all day everyday so I'm not sure which 5 to list here. I'm just going to list the last 5 I added to my playlist 😁
