can't stop thinking about how we are literally god's pets. humans domesticate and care for animals because we love them, we want to see them prosper, we want to put more love into the world by looking after a little creature and making sure it's safe and cared for. we want them to be good and listen to us so they can have good lives. i feel it's a very similar thing with how god created us to love and live and follow him through it all

i love being trans and think there is no other way for me to be myself in this world. but it's days like these where i really wish i had an endocrine system that produced the right fucking hormones

i can't wait to get to a place where i can cook and make myself fresh food. i admire the act so much. it really is one of the highest degrees of self care: dedicating time to mindfully create something that will nourish your body and give it what it needs, instead of grabbing some crackers or a cheese stick for basic sustenance. i have no place to cook properly right now but i know it's ahead of me!!

idk if it's because his owner (me) has been puking almost every day, but now my kitty keeps throwing up too :( idk what to do for him. i know he has some anxiety and borderline attachment stuff too, i guess from growing up with owners who were mentally ill. it's wild what rubs off on them. sometimes it's all the wrong things
