You know you're officially an adult when you're up 30 minutes before Christmas day pre-roasting roast potatoes, that you shall then roast a second time the next day. All to save 20 minutes of prep/cooking time on the day itself.
...I feel that somewhere along the line, my grand plan to save time has backfired...
