You're in the middle of the recroom, only half-paying attention to the guys as you struggle with the clasp on your necklace. It's particularly small, a gift from your friend who doesn't wear much jewelry, and as a result you can't seem to get it to clasp properly.

"Hey, ghost," you nudge him with your foot, the werewolf sat on the other side of the couch with a book in hand. You've seen him assemble his rifle in the dark and pouring rain. "Can you help me with this?"

Before ghost can even reply, you're already placing the necklace into his palm and turning your back. "It's finicky," you inform, lifting any hair at the back of your head so it won't snag "could you clip it? My hands just won't do it."

Behind you, ghost makes a choked sound.

It's a bit of a social taboo for werewolves to turn their backs to eachother, a sort of way to show your trust in another. That's already bad enough, though ghost is close with the whole team, but what really gets him is your neck.

You baring your neck for him like a mate, waiting for his claiming bite–

"Uh? Ghost? All okay?" You ask, still holding your hair away and waiting for him to move. He's been silent for far too long now. "You're making me nervous, man, I've got a knot in my throat."

"Fuckin' christ–!" Ghost genuinely does choke that time, jerking away to hide how dangerously horny that little phrase made him.
