I really need you guys to know that Modern No Entity AU Evan is an absolute himbo. He is still v big and looks v intimidating, but there is not a single thought behind those eyes. He is just a really good, really beefy boy who is getting used to the fact that he's allowed to speak up for himself now that he's out from under Archie's thumb.

also he's got a cat named Trapper who is nothing short of 30 pounds of muscle, fur, and faux-anger that attacks your feet as a way to say hello and who isn't allowed outside ever because he would decimate all local wild life in the name of 'for funsies'.

As much to his own surprise as perhaps to any other creature around, living or dead, Alaric has lived in the small home in the woods with Andrew for six months now. There hasn’t been a ton of conversation -- comparative to the life he’d known before. Damon had never been particularly good at simply shutting up. But the two of them have definitely acquired a level of comfort. Regardless of what he’s doing, be it studying, grading, or simply making himself a cup of coffee, Alaric always finds himself drawn toward Andrew. Like magnets or molecules. It’s not always to touch. In fact, often it’s not. He’s learned, if nothing else, how and when and in what ways it is appropriate to touch Andrew. Still, he’s pulled in, finding simple proximity enough.

On a particularly gruesome night, as far as the weather is concerned, Alaric sits at a table grading end of term papers. His phone has been turned off for hours and so he hasn’t noticed the multiple missed calls. He looks up, a small crease forming between his brows, and shifts subtly in his chair. Then returns his gaze to his papers. But after another moment, Alaric sucks in a quiet, subtle gasp and places a hand over his chest.

The pain there blossoms like a springtime iris, and suddenly it’s impossible to breathe. “Andrew,” he whispers, eyes now swimming with unshed, un-asked for tears. “I... Am I having a heart attack?” But when he pulls his hand away, there’s blood. Lots of blood. “F--” The darkness descends before he can finish the word.

I truly admire Speaker D, I started to watch Norfolk Wizard Game, after my friend it knows who it is kept telling me to and pushed me to watch it to see if that helps in writing my own little Hunter: the Reckoning thing, and it became a ritual to watch it after work when I eat dinner, became a new favorite, unable to overtake Hunter: the Parenting, but they are locked in a magic vs. swords battle. Though this is not about Hunter: the Parenting, this is about Speaker D in Norfolk Wizard Game. He, is truly the kind of storyteller/GM/DM I want to be in life. Insane, having a damn good time in the game, the pure chaos he brings just by being himself among friends, unafraid of being just who he is. Speaker D is a Storyteller, capitalized, because listening to him, he deserves to be king Storyteller, at least in my own opinion, give that disembodied head a crown of sorts, bedazzled and maybe a like, an ice cream sammich of his choosing for truly being a marvel to listen to and bringing a smile whenever he speaks.
