I hate to be triggering to anyone here with an ED but I need help cause Im dropping weight without even trying and combining that I'm a very picky eater its bordering a little dangerously. I'm 5'5 and barely reaching 100 lbs. When I eat, it doesn't seem to stay, from when I've eaten junkfood, to healthy food, nothing stays. I think its due to my metabolism and with the fact I nearly stress 24/7. Any way to slow it down and gain? - Miranda

Honestly the best thing you can do is consult a doctor and nutritionist/dietician. They would be able to determine if you have some underlying medical issue that is causing you to lose weight. Unintentional weight loss can be a symptom of many serious diseases. So please, seek medical attention ASAP!
