Broken bones heal stronger. Mine are very strong. — Garona

As he said himself horde deserves better than that. Somebody else will now do that work.
Like I said in my post, Saurfang can help without leading. He has political power, assets, skills, and connections that can be used towards breaking the cycle he sees the horde stuck in.
Change demands effort. Peace demands effort. Redemption demands effort. I want to see that reflected in the story about an old orc soldier who keeps finding himself stuck in war after war after war. I don’t find the concept of a Heroic Death inspiring anymore. I find the concept of someone doing the work, making the internal and external changes, battling through the tough days to work towards the common goal, far more inspirational.
I want to see that people can change and grow, as life demands of us and as our goals change. I’m tired of the idea of the “heroic sacrifice”. The work needs to be done, and shifting that off to someone else is not redemptive. The penance that leads to redemption should be doing that work and committing that time and energy.

Cendrine and Maiev making out is like two cinder blocks being thrown into a tumble dryer together.
I’ve struggled to fill out Tig’s romantic history because nothing’s really clicked before Garona, but then I met the Gob Squad out in Nazrim and realized she’d be way into trashy goblin guys - they’re shady, scheming, are very handsome, and access to top-secret, high powered goblin engineering schematics she’d want to get her hands on for her own personal use.
Garona loves Tig’s stories about her ex’s but she has so many that Garona probably gives her shit for it whenever they end up in a goblin town, asking if any that walk by are one of them - and won’t let Tig live it down when she’s not actually sure.
