Aaand, the other shoe has dropped. Balance? Don't know her. After 2 weeks of lightly working out (after not exercising for months if not years) cleaning and doing chores I've been putting off (also for months) and trying to eat healthy without too much restriction or intense dieting, I can't find the motivation for any of it anymore.
