In my effort to use the Noodler as my own character, I made him a wife!!
My headcanon voice for the Noodler is Shaper from Piki and Poko, so naturally Celiaās is theHomemaker. Shes like a mix of The Corporate Woman and retro housewife personality (so like Homemaker lol) she definitely watches Martha Stewart type cooking shows
For those up to date on the Cerebral-Device Psychonauts Universe, The Noodler is a villain actually affiliated with CRIME as an agent, whereas his wife is just a āsponserā so itās more of a favor for favor dynamic than her actually being a super villain (though someone could be a psychic villain and only a CRIME sponser too)
I like to think she used to be his villainās assistant back when they met in college or smth. But she decided to pursue politics and they had to get divorced-secretly-still-married so she could cover up her scandal of being a(n āALLEGEDā in her words) former villainās assistant. She still helps file evil plans and death ray schematics for him, though.
My interpretation of the Noodler is that heās kinda the most straight up and down cartoon villain cliche. Dr. Sawbones is a scientist who is buried in his work and his ideas are danger to the public, the Noodler is more of an inventor in the way Dr. Doofenshmirtz is an inventor. He has an obsession with the human brain and wanting to dissect it on a psychic level. (Mostly interpreted from the comic cover he appears on) most of his psycho attacks involve worming his way into someoneās mind, and using debilitating hallucinations, migraines, or sensory overload to incapacitate his enemies. He has a plankton-in-the-first-SpongeBob-movieās view of world domination/mind control that he wants to achieve.
