"I dare you." but-- from apollo canIevendothis
Why was she the one always running after Apollo when he took off somewhere?
He was such an animal. Running on all fours, sniffing around like a dog, and shoving food into his mouth so quickly that she expected him to start choking one day.
But that was just the way it was, she concluded begrudgingly. She was supposed to train him, so in a way he was her responsibility.
That was why she was here now, standing at the bottom of a wall he’d scaled and yelling at him to get down. Of course he didn’t even listen to her, asked her why he should come down and even went as far as to say if she wanted him to come down so badly, she should get him herself.
That obviously ended with more shouting and remarks about how she wasn’t going to resort to his tactics.
And it probably would’ve continued like that for a while, if he hadn’t suddenly said something that had Silvia stopping dead in her tracks.
"I dare you."
Whatever annoyed look that’d been on her face before was instantly replaced by an icy glare in his direction.
He just had to push her buttons like this, didn’t he? Well, it wasn’t going to work this time. The only response she decided to dignify him with was an upturned nose, and arms that firmly crossed over her chest as she spun in the opposite direction.
Be the bigger person, she told herself, don’t do anything that Brother would think is unsightly.
She managed to keep that train of thought for all of two seconds— Then Apollo snorted and started laughing at her response, and her face twitched in anger.
"Fine!" Whirling back around on her heel, she took a few steps back. "Here I come!"
With a running start, she made it up the wall faster than Apollo could’ve anticipated. He’d still been in mid-laughter by the time her hand grabbed the ledge and she pulled herself up, and because of that he didn’t have enough time to move out of her way.
Needless to say, they found themselves toppled over and in another awkward position a second later.
