Y'all I have this giant canvas in my room and I don't know what to do with it but it's calling me to finally actually paint something on it so does anybody have any ideas??

I can work with what is already on there, I can also paint fully over it, I'd love it to be something naturey so it doesn't have to be fanart, especially since I'm not good at painting humans non-digitally. It can still be fanart but it definitely wouldn't be in my normal style cause I just kinda wanna go for it and paint what I feel without first having to sketch or plan much. I would also love it to feel kinda magical and flowy so yeah. If anybody has just some ideas or like art inspirations that would be so lovely <33

#i like to pain just whatever and hoe i feel in the moment cause it's relaxing #like more relaxing than planning something first #but i do need like a proper idea and at least a little bit of a visual in my head to fo off of #right now it looks a lot like space and that's on purpose so maybe i'll keep going with that theme #but i definitely have to paint over some parts cause the sketch of what i wanted to paint on this when i first got the canvas like 8 years #is still showing through in some parts and i don't like that #also #a giant canvas like that is fucking awesome like the POTENTIAL #my aunt got it for me for chistmas many years ago and i think it was my favorite present that year #i should probably get new acrylic paints at some point cause mine is Old and most of the colors are pretty much empty #lea's random thoughts #painting #my wips #fun things i made #lyxchen's art #*paint #*how #damn fucking typos i just got out of bed okay?#this canvas went through a lot lol #i first wanted to paint something hp on it when i was still in that phase and then i sketched some stuff out and it looked bad and wonky #so i didn't actually paint that and then jkr revealed to the world that she fucking sucked and then i didn't wanna paint that anymore #so i painted over the sketch with some random colors kinda inspired by the good omens s2 first scene cause i thought that was beautiful #like the colorful space and the stars and i had just watched that so the color swirls here are inspired by that #then my mom needed a big space to paint a costume of hers and she asked me to help and so i put the canvas on the floor and told her #that we can just paint the costume on there cause i'm gonna paint over it anyways #and sometimes i like to just purposely get paint on stuff so that it gives me more motivation to 'fix it'#or sometimes it also just looks cool to have this messy worked on look #and then that swirly part in the bottom left corner i drew while my mom was working on her costume and i was bored and had acrylic markers #and so i just drew some swirls on there cause i honestly looove to do that it's relaxing for my brai #*brain to just paint swirls on swirls on swirls all glowing together and tangling up and stuff <3
