R.E.A.C.H. isn't just an algorithm… it learns and makes conclusion. It's more like… a child. Instead of just training it, we should have raised it. Taught it some laws… a moral code. But we're not the best mentors, hah… Look at us, Warren. We chased our dream blindly. Turned R.E.A.C.H. into a tool for power, not help. It's a lost cause… As much as it pains us both… it must be stopped.
