it’s bizare to me that part of Will’s development in hannibal is building a distaste for all the women in his life. it doesn’t help that bryan fuller’s attempt at making freddie lounds more relatable only pushed her into Will’s figurative collateral damage. Fuller just about forgets that gender swapping a character means you have to work in the social experience alongside the original character. she could’ve been this fantastic, semi-sleaze, weirdo- that we just never see bc of this normalization of “lady-like gracefulness” in criminal dramas

It’s a big investment and I wanted to futureproof, which is why I waited so long in the first place instead of going for the previous generation Cintiqs. Fall semester starts in September and I doubt they’re going to have them out by then—not even mentioning the glitches/dead pixels I heard the Cintiqs from the launch batch had? I’m definitely reluctant, but I also don’t want to go for the previous generation and regret it if they DO come back in stock next month. Wacom, what gives?
