Well, to keep it clear-cut as I can: one of the biggest tells by far is the monitors setup, plus the ‘hitherto-ambiguous’ HPA history being laid out in Ouma’s lab for unexplored reasons, and Monokuma flaunting himself as the ‘ruler of this world’. I explain more in this post, and after that there’s this for addressing the supernatural talents issue, and why that’s... a bit of a red flag in context, to put it mildly, since a chapter was dedicated to flaunting Ouma’s power of prediction. 

With all this in mind, look back to say, Chapter 3 when Monokuma ‘shorts out’ for a spell and claims he was ‘on vacation’, and Chapter 4 when he fell into depression following Monokub drama. Such a thing looks decidedly suspect when there’s a clearer possibility of a human behind him being psychologically affected, while without any of this to give you understanding it just looks like superfluous nonsense, as many things in this game kinda do at a glance.

I couldn’t help but be a bit stuck as to what the ‘no problem’ was exactly, but taking a look at the JP text for a moment:

“Well then, how about joining my organisation? A person in the organisation will have no problem if they know (its) secrets.” (rough)

Emphasis: 秘密を知っていて

So first thing’s first, no problem with Shuichi learning potentially... dangerous secrets? Curious... and a bit of lost context at that, considering this whole thing was supposed to be about the cost of losing games (even line length aside, that’s quite a detail to uh, truncate...).

Secondly...

The cost of learning a shadowy organisation’s secrets was alluded to here...

...with it even further emphasised as the ‘Supreme Leader’ figure’s.

To recap: from the beginning, this ‘little urchin’ dropped a whole bunch of classified information on our rookie detective, threatened his life for knowing it, then gave him the option to join the big, bad organisation for his own safety.

Knowing that Ouma wasn’t actually going to take his life - and was mostly making a point - this tidbit is certainly interesting, and very concerning.

First of all, if Ouma is able to divulge something like that, it would suggest that it doesn’t actually matter if Shuichi ‘joins or not’, because... though he doesn’t know it yet, he’s already one of them, along with [the rest of the Ultimate crew]. What’s more, is Shuichi ‘accidentally’ stumbling upon what appears to be a high profile murder case, in his history. Thus, the propensity to walk headfirst into some classified and dangerous territory, without even realising how.
