◊ ♫ ◊— look what the cat dragged in! that’s CHANDLER LINWOOD and HE is an around 21-year-old CASUAL VISITOR to the store, but they’ve been in the neighborhood for 2 YEARS. I think they are a STUDENT/MUSIC PHOTOGRAPHER and I overheard them listening to DEAD WEIGHT by PVRIS, and, I dunno man, it seemed pretty fitting. Like, call me shallow but I look at them and think of ALEX FITZALAN and GROCERY LISTS, CIGARETTES AND VODKA. (ooc info: lyn, she/her, EST, old af / late 20s)

“Uh…No. I’ve been coming here for awhile.” Chandler pulled a face, then shrugged.

Where are you from? 

“Minnesota, actually. Twin Cities area. But I moved here a few years ago. I used to live in Greenwich Village, but I moved here a couple years ago.”

Cool, cool. Okay, so, not to be one of those people, but what’s your star-sign? Or zodiac sign, whatever you want to call it. 

“My star sign? My friend - back in Minnesota, she’s really into that kind of thing.” Chandler smiled. She was more than a friend, she was his closest family in many ways. “I don’t know much about that shit, but she says I’m an ‘aquarius to the T’….I think that’s a good thing?"

Fair enough. I’m a Pisces and, like, we’re known for getting our heartbroken. Anyone or anything break your heart lately? 

Chandler’s expression faltered for a second at the question, as he thought back to his last relationship. The smirk was back on his face as quickly as it had disappeared. "That’s kinda none of your business."

Sorry to hear it. Well, we’re here for you. That’s why we have a bell over the door. Heard it helps with broken hearts because angels get their wings or some shit. I dunno. You got any weird superstitions?

"No offense, but that’s the fucking stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.” That sounded a lot harsher when he heard his own words out loud, but he didn’t try to walk his comment back. “I’m not really superstitious, no.”
