can't stop thinking about the loumand & claudeleine scene in s02e06 and particularly this bit:
it feels extra important that it's said by madeleine, an outside person, from an unbiased perspective. louis loved armand, and maybe, just maybe, despite everything, despite their rocky beginning, it could have been beautiful. there's so much tragedy in this scene, doom and wasted future looming over something raw, real, and genuine.
does armand truly know? did he just realize what he's about to lose? or, slightly paraphrasing that one twt post, is he a real sufferer who knows exactly what he has and that he is going to lose it?
