Lau can smell them miles away, so much so, her nose turns up and a scowl forms. Sheâs hiding rather blatantly behind one of the many trees in their surrounded (protected) cabin, playing a game of Hide & Seek with Morgan. Normally her scent would be settled on her sudo-sibling, easy to know where sheâs at all times, and more importantly if sheâs in trouble. But somethingâs sparked her interest. Or, more like someone -- or plural. Inevitably, due to her distraction, Tony happens upon Morgan, who has found Pepâs new helmet.    Sheâs always reserved the word âdadâ for Logan, her biological father. The word never felt quite right for Tony, and though heâs treated her pretty well, taken care of him and beneath his wing and all of that -- heâs really more of a uncle? No. No, that doesnât feel right either. Itâs more than the likes of some distant family member and certainly more than a mentor. Still, Tony only ever suited him. Not Mr. Stark, or âMr. Sâ as she used to call him, simply Tony.On occasion sheâd call him âTivoâ a term sheâd coined based on the phrase âpadre / papa adoptivoâ meaning adoptive father.       âHey -- uh - â Laura begins before Morgan cackles. âFOUND YOU!â she squeals, running to hug Lau, who is only slightly caught off guard before smiling. âSĂ. Muy bien. Me encontraste. Ahora ve a buscar a tu mamĂĄ.â Morgan scrunches her nose and Laura laughs a bit. âGood job, go find your mom.â she translates, setting the tiny brunette free. Once sheâs inside, Laura returns her focus to Tony. âTheyâre coming...â she informs him, raising her brows -- and not too long after, a black and familiar vehicle pulls into the gravel trail. âTheyâre here.â she sighs.Â
