“I wish I could pretend I didn't need ya but every touch is...” Intoxicating, that’s what his touch was. It made her melt completely and utterly for him, and there was nothing that scared her more. After all she’d seen what love could make people do and she was done pretending like that wasn’t exactly what she felt for him, because it was. How could she not have fallen for him? It was impossible for anyone with a good enough nature to not come to like Scott, she never even stood a chance.

“It’s true..I should be running but you keep me coming for you.” Her hand reached to cup his cheek, eyes locking with his kind dark ones. She never had been able to not smile when she looked at him properly and today was apparently not the exception as she could already feel her mouth forming into a soft smile. Not her usual smirk of self assurance but a true smile to the man that made her heart speed up just a little bit every time she was near him.

“Scott i know that i can act a bit distant at times but that’s because not everyone in my family gets to be happy without complications.” Stella sighed and leaned her head against his chest. “Everytime i pull away from you is just.. me trying to make it hurt less if i lose you. Still you always manage to get me to come back.. even when you don’t try to, i’m always drawn back to you.” And that scares me. She couldn’t speak those 4 simple words, at least not yet.

Stella stepped of her motorbike , a casual smirk grazing her lips as she noticed the looks she got as she started walking towards her boyfriends apartment. While she herself was still in high school and living at home, Scott was in college and she spent as much time with him as possible, even ditching her own classes to spend a little extra time with him in between his classes.

If you knew the pair you'd automatically be surprised that such opposites would work but for some reason they did. Stella was the wild one of the two and always pushes Scott to try new and exciting things with her, which was exactly what she was about to do yet again. She got to the door and pulled out her extra set of keys , entering his apartment with a devilish smile on her lips. She saw his form sitting with his back toward her and went up behind him, giving his neck a few kisses before jumping over the couches back.

"Guess what we're doing tonight."

Stella shook her head in amusement and grabbed his face , making him look her in the eyes. “Not to me. You’ll never be invisible to me Scott.” She reached up to his face and pressed her lips against his softly, eyes closed and heart beating fast.

A smile played on her lips as she slowly opened her eyes and pulled away. “Does that make you see that there’s no other guy like you for me? Or do you need more convincing?”

The shorter girl smiled to herself as she heard his words. She looked up at him, eyes tracing his features as they always had when she gazed upon him, and she cupped his cheek affectionately before speaking in a soft tone. “I’ve never thought of you as just a maybe, Scott. You’ll always be more than that in my eyes.” He was always the one she wanted, even when they were young he always had her heart whether she admitted it or not.

“Oof! Hey watch where you’re goi- hey..” Way to go Stella. She had once again managed to run straight into Scott Mccalls chest, why had that become such a habit? Did her face have some sort of magnetic pull towards his chest? Did she subconsiously plan these little run ins or was this just her luck? Was she just doomed to literally run INTO all guys she found attractive from now on?

Her face flushed red as she tried to look up into his eyes, only managing to emphasize their height difference, and took a step back to calm her heartbeat. She pushed her hair to the side and tried to form a somewhat coherent sentence.

“Hi Scott, sorry about that....Seems like we’re making this a habit..”

Sometimes you just know something is meant to be, other times? Not so much. She had been so young when her crush for Scott Mccall had started, i mean what was there not to like? He was super kind, funny and good looking, a combination that didn’t usually appear in any guy. So when they sat there, playing a silly old game and she got to kiss him, it sparked Stella’s first real crush. In the beginning she didn’t know what to do, she just kept replaying the event over and over again. That was until her brilliant idea of writing her feelings down in a letter came to her...How could that ever backfire?

A number of years after that first letter to Scott, she’d found herself drifting far away from his circle of comrades, instead finding more alternative friends for herself. They shared the same space but never really stuck around long enough to ‘hang out’. Well neither of them could predict the events to come in the following days ...

She walked through the halls without really looking where she went, not actually caring much for anything around her but her music until she bumped into someone andripped out her headphones. “Oh shit i’m sorry, i wasn’t looking.”
