The blue Pjs Morty wears are like 2 shades off from being Rick Prime's hair color, which wouldn't be too crazy if you ignore that fact that those PJs also have lighter shades of blue that match the colors of the streaks that Prime Rick and Past/Memory Rick have

The red shirt at the end directly parallels Rick Prime but the shade is closer to the bright red on his jacket so that's like a 2-in-1 reference

The white MIT shirt and grey MIT hoodie both have the shade of red on it really close to Rick Prime's shirt

Morty's jeans he wears with the grey MIT hoodie are pretty much the color of Rick Prime's jacket

The jeans he wears with the red MIT shirt are the color of Prime's belt
