hello! i'm just gonna be transparent and say it straight up. i'm retiring!! from this account, not from writing, at least not yet. you probably saw it coming or probably assumed i already did it without even telling you, which to be fair, is very much something i would do and was planning to do. however, i logged on here one last time earlier today and started looking through this blog and realized it's not really fair to treat you all that way, especially since i've gotten so much love, from when i started this blog and while i was gone.
all the comments i've received here have been so lovely and nice, i truly cannot express how much i appreciate all of them. thank you for taking an interest in the things i've made over the years, and for sticking around my multiple hiatuses and sudden returns.
i will keep this blog up as an archive, of course. i still love all the works i've uploaded on here, and i sometimes come back on this site while logged out just to read them again and have a laugh.
i will always love newjeans, writing, social media aus and all the wonderful people i've met on here. i did try, just one last time, to give you a final piece of work, but i don't think i'm in the right headspace or even have the time to start and commit to a work anymore.
maybe i'll come back and we'll meet again, but it won't be under this name or in this blog. and if i do, you won't know that it's me. or maybe you will if you're crazy like that! if we've talked through other platforms you're more than welcome to keep in touch or call me up when njz comes back :P
