Maybe sleeping in the stables wasnât the best idea, especially since Sumia of all people was guaranteed to come in, but itâs the one place guaranteed some form of quiet.  ...Or at least, it normally is.  Instead of being his normal âsafe havenâ, the stables are loud.  ...Because of one of late Philaâs pegasus knightsâ damned mount.
Of course, Hazelâs just as much at fault.  Not because heâs in the stables, but because the stupid horse wonât go in the stall next to him.  Itâs not weird at all to sleep with his pegasus.  At least, heâs pretty sure it isnât... Heâs done it for years. Naturally, dragons eat pegasi, and as much as the dancerâd hate to admit it, he is, regrettably, a dragon.
Wonât stop him from having the worst attitude as he pokes his head out the stall. Â â...Canât you get it to calm down? Â ...Not like a wolfâs in here or somethinâ...â Â From under the odd hat that may as well be glued to his head, pointed ears twitch in annoyance.
