honestly jack feels like he’s watching a sitcom with the two of them. but he truly loves them both. in the beginning it was a bit hard for him to adjust, suddenly being thrown into a world opposite to what he previously lived in. now, it’s like a completely different life. everything was new. new clothes, room, food, toys, shoes. fortunately, jack is quite happy. he finds amb to be funny and thoroughly enjoys when she makes slights towards curt. even if he doesn’t understand what she’s referencing. he also finds her to be beautiful as well, despite sometimes making fun of her hair being so red. he absolutely adores it and everything else about her. curt took a little warming up to ( barely, but still ) at first. he had only ever been raised by women back at his big home. so suddenly having a father figure in his life was a nice surprise. however; he worships the ground curt walks on and finds himself mimicking a lot of his actions, such as deciding to eat cereal with a spoon instead of his fingers. jack even likes to tell everyone at school: “ yeah well, my dad is the president. ” because he doesn’t understand what curt does other than the fact he wears a nice suit. thats what presidents do right? any who, it makes jack happy that the two of them love each other, even though he is suddenly repulsed if they are even holding hands.
