Eric parents were villains, his mother can get a super-fast regeneration so she was almost impossible to kill and his father can copy quirks, both were associated with a mafia like villain affiliation named hikawa, they died in a mission that goes wrong.

Eric ended on the hands of the leader of this villain affiliation and was used for experiments so they can use his quirks better for their own purposes like being this man personal weapon.

One of the main goals of Eric’s “owner” was to kill heroes and quirk users in general but preserve their quirks for their personal benefit as Eric only need a DNA sample for his quirk being activated and copy the quirk, so by just having a lock of hair it’s enough for him to copy a person quirk.

Eric was send to kill Suoh Mikoto (who is a pro hero) to take his quirk and uses Totsuka Tatara as a lure to approach him taking advantage of his apparent vulnerable state as a homeless abused kid and Totsuka’s good will.

In the end the homra trio discovered he was being manipulated and save him from that mess. Totsuka Tatara and Kusanagi Izumo share his legal custody as he is underage.

Most of the teachers knows about Eric’s past so in a emergency case they could know how to deal with him in the case none of his tutors are there for him.

Now from here this Au it’s separated into two slopes, Ashinaka Dresden school side and UA school side

Ashinaka Dresden school side:

- Eric was introduced in the Ashinaka Dresden School after the killing attempt and Totsuka and Izumo take care of him. Was added to the class Totsuka Tatara has on said school.

- Ashinaka Dresden school is a rather new school compared to others like the U.A or the Shiketsu High School, it specializes in the hero formation with different programs, one of those is the HOMRA/HOMURA program where they take problematic kids with problematic behaviors or backgrounds and gives them the opportunity to become heroes as they learn how to be part of society, this project is managed by the professional hero trio Suoh Mikoto, Kusanagi Izumo and Totsuka Tatara.

- Even if Eric is younger than the rest of the class he was still put in to this class so his tutors can have an eye on him and his development from a former villain to a hero.

- In this version of the Au Eric lives at Izumo’s apartment but once by once goes to Totsuka’s apartment. He also its Kushina Anna’s step brother as Totsuka also have her legal custody along with Mikoto.

U.A. Side:

- Eric entered in to the UA one month after the first villain’s incident, he was recommended by Kusanagi Izumo but after the admission exams they have to take care of legal issues related to Eric’s legal history and other stuffs making him to integrate later than the others.

- He was added to the 1-A class along with the other recommended students.

- He was send to this school by Izumo insistence with the hope Eric could learn here better how to deal with kids of his age as his own class is older than Eric himself and also learn how to use his quirks properly without force himself in to his limits and also help eric not to feel observed 24/7.

- He thinks his class if full of noisy idiots but pay no mind unless they surpass his patience limit, usually for being extra noisy, get asked about stuffs he don’t want to talk or being pressured over things he actually can’t deal with.

- After get used to his class he gets closer to the less noisy and intrusive students like asui, ochako or kota. Yet keeps being a snarky little asshole towards the noisy people regardless if he finds them as nice people (like iida or Izuku for example) or actually annoying people (like Mineta or Katsuki).

- In this version of the AU only the director, Aizawa Shouta and other few teachers knows about Eric’s past, this was a petition from Totsuka so Eric won’t feel presured and have a more normal development on his class and don’t let other people get prejudgements for his murder attempt and past as a villain. Eric himself don’t talk about this with anyone unless he felt it’s safe to talk about it or the circumstances needs this kind of information.

QUIRK(S):

 Eric has both parents’ quirks:

- Body Reset: This quirk allows Eric to regenerate his body to his optimal state letting him to recover from injuries in a really quick time, depending of the severity of the wound it can take him from 5 minutes to a whole week if it’s a really serious injury like an intern wound, a serious bone fracture or if it implies nerves damage. This quirk is involuntary and doesn’t prevent him to not to feel pain so even if his wounds disappears in a short time lapse it still hurts for him.

- Replica: This quirk allows Eric to copy the quirk of whoever he touches, the longest the touch the most the quirk remains on his system (Unlike Monoma Neito who if he touch a person it only lasts 5 minutes, if Eric touch you for more than 5 minutes it can last for even an hour and a half on his body). He can even take hard and strong quirks because he can regenerate his body after the damage of such quirks so for example he can copy a fire quirk and it isn't going to give him a serious damage. Yet the constant use of this quirk gives him body wear, the excessive use for an extended time can get him unconscious. 

STATS:

Power: 4/5; Even if it depends of the quirk(s) Eric copy on the moment, Eric have a high capacity to absorb and endure almost any kind of quirk, because of his “body reset” even if he damages his skin he can still work with it. Yet his body complexion and the body wear his quirk causes on his body limits him. 

Speed: 4/5; because he have being trained to basically being a living weapon/tool, Eric basically sacrificed his strength for his speed making him more fast to scape or surround and confuse his opponent with fast attacks.

Strength:  2/5; As said before, Eric sacrificed his strength for his speed, so even if he can manage go give strong hits with specific quirks, actually Eric is really weak for direct combat and even if his quirk let him endure hits that doesn’t mean that a strong enough strike can’t let him out of combat if given on a right place like the thorax or his head.

Technique: 5/5; Because since his childhood Eric have being used as a tool he has had enough practice and time to develop and improve his technique and the use of both quirks at the same time to complement itself and be successful at battles.

Intelligence: 4/5; Eric is really calculative and analytic on battle and is able to create strategies even in high pressure situations, yet his naivety because of the time he was taken apart from the society since his childhood makes him vulnerable to certain situations and interactions and even ignore possibilities for plans.
