This is nothing less than sedition.

This is an attempt to overthrow the electoral processes of the United States of America. 

This is criminal. No ifs, ands, or buts.

In the past, members of the House and Senate were expelled for the very same thing during the Civil War, when they seceded from the Union.

They should be expelled and disbarred.

If they aren’t, sedition will become the new norm.

These hearings will bring in all to hear the corruption that this false WH has done.  From him to his family to his associates.

hoo boy this gets me PISSED OFF. 

Reid said the fight stemmed over the unborn baby’s father. The investigation showed, he said, that it was Jones who initiated and pressed the fight, which ultimately caused Jemison to defend herself and unfortunately caused the death of the baby.

"Let’s not lose sight that the unborn baby is the victim here,’’ Reid said. “She had no choice in being brought unnecessarily into a fight where she was relying on her mother for protection."

WHAT IS THIS UPSIDE DOWN BULLSHIT. 

They didn’t arrest the woman who shot her, it seems. Charges were dropped against the woman who shot her. No acknowledgment that using a fucking GUN to settle a dispute or fight is incredibly fucked up and wrong. No acknowledgment that the woman in this case could have died from getting shot in the stomach! 

No no it’s the woman’s fault for allegedly “starting it.” 

Think about the logic that underpins all of this, and then think about the logical extensions of it. The ramifications never NOT end up curtailing a person’s agency, free movement, and choice.

Anything that happens to a pregnant woman at any point could be construed as reckless endangerment of the fetus. And this demonstrates that it’s the pregnant person who would be held liable, no one else. 

Say you’re driving to work and get in a car accident. 

You’re cleaning your house, and you trip and fall. 

You’re prescribed life-saving medications that could potentially harm the fetus.

You miscarry. For any number of reasons. This has precedent. 

I don’t care what you believe. The personhood of a fetus doesn’t matter in this issue, and this is an example why. 

“The investigation showed that the only true victim in this was the unborn baby,’’ Pleasant Grove police Lt. Danny Reid said at the time of the shooting. “It was the mother of the child who initiated and continued the fight which resulted in the death of her own unborn baby.”
