f/o asks to rile y’all up

Ok, I’m feeling like Shen Xing today (or is it going to be Dai Zong? the world may never know), but since no one else has boo to say about him, I can’t really answer the questions for him. ...I’ll do Vinnie, he’s the next popular rn, and I’ve never talked about him before.

1) what’s a Hot Take you have about your f/o?

This may have more to do with his work partner, but i’ll keep it centered on Vinnie. I think Vinnie is codependent to a selfish abuser and is the only one pulling his weight in that friendship. I feel like he’s putting his own life on hold to help this ingrate fulfill a dream that he (the other guy) thinks should just be owed him. I feel Vinnie would be much better off without that relationship, and his potential would really shine when his every move isn’t being criticized and he’s only responsible for himself. On that whole island of time traveling doubles, they made an entire working civilization and even businesses! Vinnie has great potential, but I think it can only be reached when he cuts off the toxicity in his life.

4) do you feel like you have to defend your f/o all the time?

I don’t really interact with the fandom, but no one really criticizes him. We all love Vinnie. 😊 In canon is another story. Cav.endish is so hard on him and you bet I’m gonna speak up when he’s out of line. Old tart...

5) what’s the dumbest thing you’ve heard about your f/o, either on the internet or irl?

🌸 Shen Xing would waste no time fussing at them and yelling about how awful they’re being. He knows I don’t like yelling, but a) he can handle himself physically and verbally, b) it won’t last long if he sees I’m uncomfortable, and c) I really did like that he came to my defense.

🕸 Peter would say a few ‘back off’ lines, then walk away with me and say that chump doesn’t know what they’re talking about. ...Then he’ll mess with them as S.piderman. >:3c

🕶 Vinnie would be the most passive about it, unless he’s mad enough to go on a tirade like in the season 2 opener, but either way he’s more focused on making me feel better with sweet words and distractions.

🌠 Silver would keel haul them on his boat. 😂 

...Ok maybe not. Maybe. But he would definitely intimidate them into backing off. This man could crush your skull in the palm of his humongous bear paw and chop up the rest of you into soup with his robotic hand, and would be happy to remind them of that.

📈 Yes Business is still my friend, and no on insults his sweet little intern on his watch. He tells me to file a formal complaint and get them fired in trouble. He still owns pretty much everything even though he’s not in legislation anymore, so he can make it happen, and fast.

🌞 Emmet Is like, so sorry for me. He can’t understand why someone would be so mean and close minded! He wasn’t with me when it happened, but he sure is gonna help me feel better by master-building up my self esteem X3

🎨 Lin Ch.ung Is very disappointed in that person, but he reminds me that other people don’t define me, and true peace doesn’t come from dwelling on the thoughts of others. (Something he’s still teaching himself) Still, if he was there, he’d convince me to leave by glaring at them and hissing, “They aren’t worth your time.”
