Eye makeup is the name of the game. She makes a point to highlight her eyes since they look the most 'elvhen' of her features and she takes pride in that heritage. She tends to wear dark eyeliner, especially a kajal style eyeliner that she makes herself. She'll occasionally wear lipstick or tint, but it's not nearly as frequently.

She tends to wear eyeliner [specifically some kajal style kohl], and sometimes lipstick, though it tends to wear off relatively quickly when she's out in the Wasteland. Overall, in the Wasteland, she goes as close to bareface as she ever does.

She usually wears boots of some sort. Generally combat boots. But she has a collection of pre-war heels she'll wear out occasionally. Especially the ones with the red soles.
