Of course reports of someone burning just about anything would be a super big deal to a small campus community. There was still some getting used to the smaller scale of things here on the Blackwood campus compared to the whole city, but having responded to a number of various calls that didn’t actually end up leading to anything, Keiji was heading to this one with half of his brain already on the coffee that he’d make the minute this all ended up as nothing and he could head back to doing his hourly rounds until his shift ended.
Except, that sure was a small fire and someone huddled over it. Wow, guess any place with a bunch of teens and young adults would have some kind of excitement taking place -- Keiji giving the side of his neck a good rub before approaching with a light sigh.
“I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you how illegal that is, do you?”
