He’s just gonna lay on Denis’ lap and curl up into a ball. He felt like garbage. His tummy hurt so much...

Gently ruffling Hector’s hair, Denis sighed sadly. Poor thing... He was burning up too. 

He was watching Denis nap on the couch when it finally occurred to him. 

She was staring at the boxes on the shelf. It wasn’t like she needed them now, but it would be nice to have them for the future, right? That way they wouldn’t have to go out and buy them when the time came...Right? She began to reach forward to grab one or two. It wasn’t like she was-

“Hi, Miss Rhea!”

“Hi, Hector.”

...Wait.

Turning her head, she stared down at the kid that was now at her side. What the fuck? Where did he come from?! Uh....? 

“H-Hector?! What are you doing here in this section of the store? It’s the pharmacy section! Where are...Where are Chris and Denis?!”

He pointed to one of the frozen food aisles. “They’re trying to find ice cream sandwiches. I...Saw you and wandered over.”

“...You didn’t tell them?!”
