📎 High School AU... oooo... I wonder who lands in detention the most?...
I’m going to go with American high schools because it's easier for me to write out and because I understand how it works and what not...Â
Russell: he’s a sports kind of guy and he’s in football, his worst subject is math, he’s pretty good at it, but how teachers try to explain it gets confusing when they show more than one way to solve the problem, he needs to take time to figure it out himself instead of having teachers explain. Russell is a cool kid, friends with lots of people, but sometimes not everyone likes him because he can be an asshole, but only to people he views as annoying. He’d rather stay out of the drama, just because he ends up getting headaches from all of it. He gets into detention when he pulls pranks and when he tries to start fights with other kids, grades consist of Bs-Ds but A in gymÂ
Eduardo: He goes to an elite school, he’s very good in every subject, he’s an A student, but everyone thinks he might be cheating because he never keeps up with school work unless depending how important it could be for his grade and he never studies. He’s drawn to history the most and loves to be outside by himself with only a compass to guide him, yes he’s kinda old fashioned, he does his best to stay out of trouble for his mother's sake.Â
Christopher: he’s the guy that's in student council, straight A student, plays basketball, and has his future figured out, kinda the perfect guy, but no one knows how he is in his foster home, he’s overwhelmed and has panic attacks frequently, but he always tries to keep himself organized and have an order on what to he has to do then he’s okay, but he stays home more instead of going out because of how much work he has
Nathan: He’s the guy you’d think is lazy and doesn't care about school, but his grades are very good, As and Bs, but he lands into detention the most, its almost every day, but it’s mostly other students framing him instead of him actually doing anything. He’s pretty close to the home ec teacher because they both love cooking, he’ll stay after school just to make something, he hates the actual class because he’d have to work with others instead of by himself. He’s a do it himself kind of guy.Â
Thomas: Thomas lives with dad and stepmom, he lived with his stepdad before he died in a freak accident, he hates living at his dad's house, his step mom obviously favors his younger brother Leon more and treats him better, he likes his dad and stepbrother, but not his stepmom, so that's why he got a part-time job at a car junkyard to fix up some broken down cars and sell them, something his stepdad kinda did. in school, he does his best to keep up with his school work and soccer, he’s a B, C, and some As a student. He doesn't have a subject he dislikes, his favorite class is woodworking. Detention, only when he’s late, and he’d catch Russell and Nathan there, but he’d never talk to them, but he think they are really cool
Morgan: Lets say, football quarterback, fuckboy, king of the school, he’s the guy that everyone looks up to and listens to, teachers always want him to be a good example because of how he can get the school to follow, and he only agrees to it if he believes it’s not something stupid. He judges his favorite class by how he likes the teacher so he doesn't really care either way because he’s seen as the guy everybody wants to be he has to keep his grades up. Morgan kinda took his brother's place so it seems like he was never gone, but sometimes he feel’s like he’s more seen as his brother instead of himself, he’s battling his identity and who he really is, acting like his brother can be too much for him at times, he wished when people saw him they’d think of him as him, not the kid filling his brothers slot in the school, but sometimes it would help everyone to have a replacement and act like his brother never died.
