1. What is your name? Bucky Barnes

2. What is your real name? My original Romanian name was Iacov Bărnuțiu, but it was changed to James Buchanan Barnes after I immigrated to the US; Buchanan coming from the last name of the man who helped my family and I come over from Romania.

3. Do you know why you’re called that? Why I’m called my real name, or my nickname? Uh, because it’s my name? This question is weird.

4. Are you single or taken? Good joke. I’m single.

5. What are your powers and abilities? Well, I have a bionic, metal arm and I was injected with Arnim Zola’s Super Soldier Serum, so I’m extra strong and fast, and I can heal quicker and age slower. I’m trained in several styles of fighting, I’m good with guns and knives, and I can cook. 

6. What color are your eyes? They’re blue and I never hear the end of it.

7. Have you ever dyed your hair? Uh, no.

8. Do you have any family members? Not still living that I know of. Maybe some distant family or next gens in New York or Romania, but I’m 100 years old so it’s very likely I’ve outlived all the family I knew in my own generation.

9. Do you have any pets? No, but I’d like one. Preferably a dog or a rabbit.

10. Tell me about something you don’t like. Where do I start? How about people who get off by torturing other people and purposely destroying their lives? Or men who mistreat women because they think they’re better than them? Two of many things I ‘don’t like’.

11. Do you have any hobbies or activities you do in your spare time? I like working out and sparring. I like reading and catching up with all the things I’ve missed over the years. Pissing Steve off by rearranging his room so he can’t find anything. Setting up pop out pranks all over Elana’s loft to scare the shit out of her (@deathsbutterfly​). 

12. Have you ever hurt anyone before? Yes.

13. Have you ever… Killed anyone?  You’re hilarious.

14. What kind of animal are you? Probably something in the feline department. Or a fox. Something tricky. 

15. Name your worst habits. Self-destructively blaming myself for everything I was forced to do as the Winter Soldier. Leaving all the lights on in the loft. Being OCD-level neat about how I keep my things.

16. Do you look up to anyone?  Steve Rogers, even though I’m older than him and he acts like my mom.

17. Gay, straight, or bisexual? Straight.

18. Do you go to school? No, not now. I worked after I graduated high school ‘cause I couldn’t afford to go to college. Then enlisted in the army when I was 25.

19. Do you ever want to marry and have kids someday? I’d love to, even in the very near future, but I’m pretty sure it’s never going to happen.

20. Do you have any fans? I highly doubt it. The world pretty much hates me right now.

21. What are you most afraid of? The goddamn words.

22. What do you usually wear? Jeans and some sort of long-sleeve shirt and jacket to cover my arm. I also usually wear a glove on my left hand because I don’t need or want the attention that a metal hand insights.

23. Do you love someone? Not romantically, no.

24. What class are you? What the fuck kind of question is this? I don’t really fit into a class. I have a lot of money from mercenary work, but I don’t live anywhere permanently. There’s no sub-category for that.

25. How many friends do you have? Maybe like ten?

26. What are your thoughts on pie? It’s delicious and I’d love some right now, so you should get it for me.

27. Favorite drink? Water? Maybe white grape juice? Alcohol-wise, I like a good whiskey and I’m VERY picky about Vodka.

29. What is your favorite place? Either Brooklyn or Bucharest, but I haven’t been back to Brooklyn since the 40′s, so I’m sure it’s not what I remember.

30. Are you interested in someone? Kind of. But she’s not interested in me.

31. What’s your bra size? How about none? Do I look like I wear a bra?

32. Would you rather swim in the lake or the ocean? The ocean.

33. What’s your ‘type’? Decent human being with a moral compass and a sense of humor. I kind of have a thing for red heads, too.

34. Any fetishes? Not that I know of.

35. Top or bottom? Dominant or submissive? Top. Dominant.
