isolation and solitude šŖ sabine @ hikiko
Itās not the first time Sabineās found herself in the courtroom. Hardly an extraordinary event.
What is extraordinary, however, is the way sheās crouched in front of the judgeās podium, with what appears to be a disassembled alarm clock lying by her side. The jobās not complete, not by a long shot, but there are still odds and ends of mechanical innards strewn about the ground.
Frowning, sheās about to knock on the podium for, like, the eighty-fifth time, but the sound of someone entering has her frozen. Her gaze flicks over to the newcomer.
āOh. Hey. Iām, uh...ā
Perfectly still, like the statue of the scales of justice. Except a lot shittier.
