yeah, i have this disease where i see an asshole prettyboy and i have to humble them by turning them into a living rotting corpse.
the gist of the AU is that there is this sect of cultists who are convinced that rhaegar was the prince that was promised and that they need to resurrect him, using the blood of one of his relatives. for self-indulgent sandbox reasons i use my OC, vaerho, but your favorite maniac from the targ gene pool (pond, puddle) will suffice as well.
of course, the ritual does not *exactly* go as planned, and instead of a gallant and slightly waterlogged dragon prince, they get viserys instead, in all his face-melted glory, looking somehow even worse than the last time we saw him.
viserys does not understand why the whole undead rotting corpse thing should be any kind of an obstacle in reclaiming his throne, and, hey, he has a *great* idea now about how to get that army he needs...
