i was looking at a relationship chart and i find it so funny that SBI joined the smp and immediately asserted themselves as the first and only family dynamic like imagine u make your own smp and then some theater kid joins like "i WILL make this all about my best friends and our familial relationship"

sometimes i just think about the flavor of ~family friend~ techno. tommy calling him big brother during their teamup has a whole new layer of meaning when you consider they literally arent related but tommy used to see him throughout his childhood cuz phil made techno babysit all the time. and now that they’re on good terms he can finally take the opportunity to truly see him as family like he used to

have we ever talked about the one item dream let tommy keep before blowing up all of his items at logstedshire? and how it was a jukebox? an item that exists exclusively to facilitate tommy's attachment to his discs? dream absolutely knows that if tommy stopped caring about the discs his power would be greatly diminished and actively takes measures to prevent that from happening

i cant stop watching the clip where techno straight up says he would’ve fought the world for tommy and tommy still has the AUDACITY to later say “techno was our friend, but we were never techno’s friend”. they were friends. they were. but they are both far too stubborn to give up their ideals to maintain that friendship
