           ❝  i told the guy at the counter you had money.  ❞     it’s muffled, words drowned out by fluffy bread and whatever weird space meat is in this. he licks a dollop of maybe-mustard off of his finger, hands curling around the crinkly wrapper.     ❝  ....you have money, right?  ❞

Unfortunately by fight, it was quite literall. He had to beat every guard in his way until eventually he had broke free. Finding solitude for just a moment to catch his breath and perhaps to calm down for a while until he had managed to figure out a plan. Hands rested on his lap as he stared up at the rustling leaves. Taking in the air and the sounds as much as he could. However his head had snapped to the side. Eyes staring directly at the female who had been unwilling to make her presence known until he had noticed. Of course it wasn’t after until he had almost felt his heart jump to his throat. “Sneaking up on someone is never a good idea.”

A throne shattered below a massive axe, the Darkin had watched in silence as the kings' armies had fallen. This singular being, the one who claimed to be the executioner of kings and gods. They both held the same wish, to end the tyranny that could never be solved peacefully through treaties or political marriages. From his perch his eyes had watched the flames engulf the kingdom, slaughter had filled the streets as this so-called God King had made his siege.  “You have no quarrel with me, for once I am.. simply impressed.” He says, sensing the other looming behind him. His wolves had made his presence known, their snarls echoing off the stone as the king had approached the Darkin cautiously. “Centuries ago, kingdoms were brought to ruins like this. It simply gives me a pleasureful nostalgia.” Dark lips curled into a small smile as his gaze averted from the flames below to the other behind him. The flames from the inferno below being the only course of light, besides the gentle burn of the Darkins core and eyes along with the kings' power.  “If you plan to stop here, I would surely be disappointed.” 

    “ --- you hopped in, you were the prettiest thing I ever stole.”

    “ --- and it breaks my heart.”
