He felt out of place here. Horribly out of place.

All these people here running around in casual clothing with short sleeves or even just beachwear, and how was he dressed? In full gear, with his large robe, the large hat and the long pants.

It was lucky he never wore boots anyway or else he'd probably have brought them as well.

Why had noone told him what kind of place Besaid was?

The people at the Healing Station had advised him to come here after he had gone for another check-up on the healing process from his wounds sustained in the Festival of the Hunt, but none had seen fit to actually explain things. They just said that it would be good for him, that the change of air would be helping and that he should take it as an opportunity to rest and relax.

But how was he to relax when the only clothes he brought were so highly impractical for a place like this?

Aqua couldn't think of a better way to end off the summer. A vacation at the beach on a beautiful little island. Aqua stepped off of the boat, marveling at the beauty of the scene. The beach, the raised rocks with with foliage and ruins abound, and from the boat she managed to catch a quick glimpse of the village.

But what to do first?

Aqua leisurely strolled down the beach, her wrap skirt blowing with the gentle breeze. Maybe she would go exploring! There would be plenty of time to dance around the fire or go swimming later.
