Forum and Domain are usually able to always know what the other is thinking. Typically, it's Domain stopping Forum from getting too into something.

Lil Coding freaked out when Lily stayed underwater for a while to scare him. He knew she had gills, but he didn't think that they were already working somewhat.

Cursor is somewhat always uneasy around Vitality, and this is because of the time I mentioned that Vitality nearly killed her. Long story short, Cursor was being her usual self, Vitality got very fed up, and when she visited the medic, Vitality very nearly just cut off her code.

Buffer usually plays poker with CPU.

Abyssal continues to fall asleep in the weirdest places. One time, she was under Umbra's desk.

Tartarus once got stuck in one of the labyrinths and spent way too long trying to figure out how to get out.

Olympus is banned from watching over Timmy's group whenever he's on patrol in the FOP universe. They always somehow manage to get him to cover for him whenever they do something wild.

Alyssa used to pine over Jayin.

Honestly? Writing the villains/antagonists.

For some, it's easy! Like the Abyss, any major villains (Byte, Ozymandias, Leto, etc.) because they have a huge, overarching goal. You know they're bad, and many of their more toxic behaviors make sense.

But for the ones like Disc, Jayin, Lumiere.. you actually have to stop and think about them.

Disc? Well, he wants to get rid of death. But why? Well, he thinks life is better off without it. But why?

Jayin? She's a bad person. Has she always been? Yes. Is she redeemable? Probably not.

Lumiere? Was he fated to always be a villain? We don't know. Would he have been different if he had a different father? Maybe.

It's always the more nuanced villains/antagonists, the ones that stay around more. The ones I have to put more detail into, to, at the very least, make sense to me so I'm not stressing out over what makes sense and what doesn't. What they would do and what they wouldn't.

The most critical thing I always ask myself is: Would they go this far, and how would they justify it, if at all?

It really depends!

In cases like Meggy, Karen, and Cody, Lady Rose didn't see them as a massive threat, so they're under a very light control. They're allowed to roam free around the base as they can't really break free of the plant's control. She dies, they're freed.

(Meggy wasn't see as a massive threat due to her being a) human and b) Lady Rose caught her off guard so Meggy couldn't fight back. Lady Rose did have to contend with Karen's shotgun for a bit though.)

SMG3&4 are under a more tight control. Her power is more ingrained in them, though that's because of their code. Its constantly fighting against the control, and they do have moments of clarity from time to to time. In their case, they'd be down and out for the count for a good while, but they'd live. Shroomy is also under this level of control due to Anti-Shroomy coming out one time and Lady Rose deciding to NEVER risk that again.

(Also, fun fact, but Lady Rose is deathly afraid of Meme Energy! Before she got SMG4 and SMG3, she made the mistake of saying she'd find Lily and maybe get rid of her in front of them and.. yeah, you do not say that to two fathers who are still grieving, even if it isn't a current priority.)

eldritch mario would prob always want to make sure everyone is happy so he prob. turns the area into a full circus. trying to make everyone happy at the cost of himself and turning into some nightmare-ish ver of himself kinda like zero.

eldritch forum / domain: in this case prob acting more like their factory reset selves just w/o the memory erasing and such. wrapping the land in a code chokehold and acting less like themselves and more like forces of nature

OUGH,, Eldritch Forum & Domain acting like forces of nature,, that's so cool I love it,, sometimes the code is visible and sometimes it's not,, there are barriers everywhere, and they don't really even think about what they're doing,, if they feel like it's right they just do it,,

All time? Definitely Lil Coding and Abyssal. Lil Coding because he's one of the OGs, and because I actually put a bit of myself into Abyssal whenever I write her.
