very important question!!! what kind of music do you think blitzwing enjoys. i am attempting a playlist

I HAVE BEEN WAITING MY ENTIRE LIFE FOR THIS MOMENT.

Short answer is basically new wave 100%%% esp talking heads. And I don’t know if he would listen to it BUT will wood comes to mind especially the song Cotard’s Solution ITS SO GOOD

BUt here’s the long answer… with my headcanons

Blitzwing’s music taste definitely depends on the blitzwing but my personal headcanon is that overall… he looooooves new wave. Favorite band is probably something like Talking Heads or The Cure or something. but he’d probably be too embarrassed to admit that he likes that type of stuff aloud LOL

So I could also TOTALLY see him (hothead specifically) having a separate playlist of like songs or bands he sort of pretends to like to seem like a badass or whatever. Like korn, metallica, rammstein especially, bands like that . Also hothead if he curated his own playlist would have a lot of like stadium chants bcuz FOOBAWL, BABY!!! And if you have ever heard tumthumping by chumbawumba or bro hymn by pennywise he listens

Meanwhile random is like an anything goes type deal they probably don’t have a sort of “genre” of music they really like listening to cuz they like a little bit of everything… but they also probably like new wave LOLOL I could see random completely booping to songs like let’s get physical

Or random just listens to shakira….. Only shakira. AND has a rlly good shakira impression le le lo le he annoys the others with it. Thats my headcanon for random

And icy is lame and stupid so he probably doesn’t have a very interesting choice in music… COMMON ICY L but he frequently sees it as a distraction and can go without it most of the time. But sometimes he can put some on music and have it in the background while he works and stuff.

If he puts anything on it can’t be too loud or distracting and he probably doesn’t like lyrics in what he listens to either bcuz then he’d try to over analyze them and get distracted from whatever he’s tryna do. So something defo instrumental but not like a movie soundtrack or anything!!! ✨something classical ✨

And he’s the only one who likes classical music (even though he also, by his own admission, still doesn’t like it that much) so the others get rlly pissed off when his shit starts playing WHERES THE WORDS AT POINDEXTER???

Ngl though lowkey I could see him getting behind like those kinda new wave dance songs that have rlly long like openings think like blue Monday he would listen to blue Monday methinks just maybe try to find an instrumental version
