Summary:

The threat has changed. It’s been months since Tim, his family, and some of the Justice League were enslaved by a mind control drug that his boyfriend—his owner, his lover, his captor—helped distribute. After freeing his brother and being slipped the synthesis for a cure, Tim is no longer just surviving until a rescue. He can’t. No one is coming to save him, it’s his job to save everyone else.

And with Lex Luthor having ulterior motives for Tim and his brother, Tim’s sanity slipping between his fingers, and fighting his boyfriend for every inch of ground he gets, it isn’t going to be easy.

Banhammer has probably been the warden for maybe 2 years at this point, and did something like dragged off a blackrockian of a relatively high status to Banland, which of course meant some arguments with Korblox. The administration on the other hand, was not happy with this! And they don’t want to speak to the warden!! Why would they want that??? So obviously, they send a messenger, in this case Wing!! It’s a fairly long trip, and Wing’s gear(his wings) helps him travel long distances in shorter amounts of time , which made him the optimal choice!!

Banhammer DID NOTTTT like him when he first arrived, because Wing, being the inphernal he is, teased Banhammer, made flirty remarks, and also flirted with inmates and the Banlands team, and due to the fact Banhammer didn’t really want to interact with The Administration higher ups more than he had to, he couldn’t really put him in a jail cell forever. He did, however, put him in a cage a couple times for up to like 3 days before he had to let him go.

Though, Banhammer over time, realized “it’s kinda nice talking to someone who isn’t a criminal” and so the two began to actually have conversations, with a lot of name calling, teasing and insults(that stopped being actually mean over time)

and they actually start being friends!!! (Which Banhammer wouldn’t admit because it’s WING!) with Wing looking forward to meeting him, and Banhammer regularly waiting in the spot where Wing usually lands!!

Today I:

-got up and got to WORK

-had my favorite sandwich in the city for lunch (a tofu bahn mi)

-continued to just GRIND. but I finished the script and the powerpoint at the last possible moment...!!!

-had a lovely time getting family photos and photos with Jules taken by a delightful queer guy who made us feel really comfy, and we finished up in our favorite bar for a round of drinks and I'm so excited to see how they turned out when he gets them back to us next week

-defended my motherfucking dissertation. it went so well. better than I had hoped it would go, honestly. also I didn't cry which I was worried about, but I made other people cry. Total win.

-came home after dinner at one of our fave restaurants and cleared out the hot mess that my desktop had become, and that felt very soothing

After Rosa and Kiki's plans to go to a nail salon are thrown out the door, Rosa decides to try and paint her own nails. After watching her struggle, Vyn offers his hands for her to practice on.
