Jin would be cooking dinner for you two when he brought up the idea. You would instantly freeze up and he would turn around and flash a smile. “Uhh Jin, I’m really nervous about that. What if they don’t like me? What if they think I’m not good enough? What if-“ Jin cuts you off “Y/n, I talk about you everyday with them, they think you’re absolutely amazing. You have nothing to worry about.” he says setting your dinner on the table.
While you were helping Namjoon make the bed he brought up the subject. “Hey baby, I’m going out to dinner with my parents tonight and they really want to meet you! Do you wanna go?” You would lightly toss the pillow down fluffing it, “Joon, I’m really nervous about meeting them. I want them to think I’m perfect for you. What if they don’t think I am?” he rolls his eyes and walks over to your side of the bed and shuts you up with a kiss. “Y/n, shut up,” he says jokingly. “they’ll love you just as much as I do.” he says placing another kiss on your lips.
You two were sitting in his studio, where you two always sat to just talk or write music together. You two were talking about your parents until he brought up the day you’ve been fearing since you two started dating. “Y/n! You haven’t met my parents yet! Oh my gosh they’re gonna love you.” he says smiling, obviously heavily excited. You sigh “Yoongi, I’m scared to meet your parents. What if they think that I’m not the one that’s meant fo-“ he cuts you off. “Y/n, stop worrying. They will love you so much,trust me.” he says with a smile.
There you were, practing a dance with Hoseok. Both sweaty from dancing for 3 hours with no breaks. This was you first break and you two sat, back agaist the mirror. He turns his head to you while you sit drinking you water looking at the ceiling. “Y/n,babe, my parents just texted me and they wanna meet you.” you practically choke on your water. “T-they want to m-meet me?” and he nods with a smile. “Hoseok, uhh I’m n-“ “Come on Y/n!! It’ll be fun! They’ll love you!” he says smiling so brightly. You couldn’t say no to that smile so you nod your head. “Fine, but 5 more minutes.” you say still out of breath.
While you two were driving to grab dinner together Jimin decides to suprise you with the news. He turns down the music and says with a smile “Babe, my parents are gonna meet at the restaurant tonight. Is that okay?” Your eyes widen and you look at him in shock. “Jimin!! Why didn’t you tell me earlier! I’m nervous and not prepared at all!” “Aish, y/n calm down!” he says placing his hand on your thigh. “They’ll love you. Please, trust me.” you calm down and swipe your thumb across the back of his hand calming down. “If they don’t like me, it’s your fault.” you say smiling.
While you two were watching a movie the subject came up. Taehyung interlocked his fingers with yours and looked at you. “Y/n, do you think you’re ready to finally meet my parents? They’re dying to meet you.” and you sigh. Taehyung knows you were dreading this, so many worries floating around in your brain. You sit and look at taehyung. He knows your answer just by the way you look at him. “Babeee~ I’ll by dinner afterwards! Deal?” and a smile breaks on your face. “Deal.”
You met Jungkooks parents when you two were just friends. Now, you two are dating and you’re so nervous. Jungkook is taking you to a ‘secret location’ and you open your eyes and see his parents house. “Jungkook! What the hell!” He just smiles and takes your hand in his. “Ah, babe calm down! Just by the things I’ve told them about you they’re obsessed with you. Don’t worry.” and you hit him softly on the shoulder. “You owe me.” you send with a smile.
