A pinch hitter is someone who steps in if someone drops out. Like say if an artist and writer are paired together, and the artist drops out, the pinch hitter will fill in.

August 19th - August 31st: Acceptances/Mod applications

September 1st: Start writing

October 1st: 1st check-in

November 1st - November 5th: Drafts must be 50% done, writers submit their summaries for claims

November 6th - November 9th: Claims reviews open

November 10th - November 13th: Claims submitted by artists

November 15th: Team check-in due. Failure to submit will result in consequences.

December 1st: 2nd check-in

December 15th - December 20th: Posting claims

January 1st: Posting starts.
