In love with my body today. Years ago I would have been MORTIFIED to share my tummy rolls with you guys on here. The years of binge eating and over exceeding are finally over, and with that has come a gentler relationship with my body. Sure I still have my “bad” days where I look at my body and it’s hard to not be disgusted by it. I’m no way “cured” of bad body image. But the fact that I can take a video of me playing with my tummy rolls and share it on social media…I’ve come a long way baby. I’m tired of fighting with my body. I’m tired of being scared to look in mirrors. I’m tired of hiding my body around people I love and in intimate settings. I hope this post let’s you know that you’re not alone if you have off days. You’re not alone if you have fat around your stomach. You’re not alone if you love your body today. And you’re not alone if you’re recovering from an eating disorder and just trying to live day by day in the body you have. Treat your body with love today. And if you’re grossed out by fat or cellulite or stretch marks, just play with them instead!
