i love my life fuck you retrograde

I’m no longer delaying happiness. My imperfect life is filled with moments that deserve my full attention, my complete dedication and my utmost gratitude.

I just want to ask you to take a moment to breathe and to admire yourself for getting through this past week. I know it had its moments. I know it must have felt pretty hard at some points and you just wanted certain moments to be over. And now it is. You did it. It’s behind you and I’m so proud of you. 

So often I forget that finding my way back to love will take time. Healing will take time. I expect myself to change thought patterns and behavioural patterns immediately. This is not possible. It will take time and I deserve to take that time.

are things falling apart? or falling into alignment?

im finally letting go. letting go of all the fear, doubts and worries of my desire not coming. it’s mine. and it’s here now. there is simply nothing left to do other than to just be.

May you heal to stop being too caring with those who are careless with you, to be ok with letting go of those who have let go of you, to stop seeking attention from those who don't look your way and to stop being too giving to those who don't appreciate or reciprocate your energy.

I cannot stress this enough. If you want to see a change within the habits you have within your life you have to make the steps to forming a habit easy and the steps to break a habit difficult.
