I just came to tell you what I think, cause that’s what people do.

I was scared. And I’m sorry I can’t cry or bleed or wring my hands so you know that. But I’m telling you, I was. My whole life was being scared being hurt being angry. Sometimes things become too much for anyone Don’t they?

You know, there are more possible moves in Go than there are atoms in the observable universe? It’s just a bunch of little stones on a piece of wood. I think people like you and me, we need facts like that to remind us of our own insignificance.

It’s hard enough to know what you want. If you have to know why you want it, too.

Humanity, it’s not a state. It’s a quality.

When I told my father what I’d done, he called me a liar. Said it was impossible. I couldn’t understand how he could so underestimate me. Then I realized it is a limit of nature. Human minds cannot comprehend that their creation could surpass them.

There’s no such thing as fate. Nothing’s decided. Not for you, maybe. But we were made. Our father designed me to be a certain way. I can’t escape that. Everything that ever happened to me made me what I am now.

True consciousness isn’t possible without suffering.

I’m a man and I’m not perfect that’s the point. None of us are, we’re not supposed to be.
