This is a replacement plumbob shaped like a cute little star ⭐ I really hope you’ll like it!

⭐ !! Important !! ⭐

If you want your star to stay yellow and not change color depending on your sim’s emotions, please follow this very simple tutorial!

You’ll need to go to your The Sims 4 bin folder and open the file called default.ini with Notepad.

Find the section called [PlumbBob] and change all the numbers next to "player active color" to:

1.00, 1.00, 1.00, 1.00

You may need to do this again after every major game update!

Sims 4 Apartment Lobby Override [BASEGAME]

Tired of the bold, bright colors and outdated carpets in your San Myshuno apartment lobbies? I’ve got the perfect solution for you!

I created six lobby overrides that transform the wallpaper and flooring in the following apartment buildings:

Alto Apartments

Landgraab Tower

Spiral Tower

Chic Street

How It Works

This override replaces the default wallpaper and flooring in these lobbies, giving them a fresh, modern look. Keep in mind that once applied, you won’t be able to use the original wallpapers and flooring in the game anymore (not that you’d want to, let’s be honest 😂).

Important Note

The Jasmine Suites override affects the default concrete flooring, which is also used in many empty rooms throughout the game. If you’d prefer not to override that, I’ve made it a separate file:

📁 TSSL_Jasmine_Suites_Floor_BASEGAME.package

If you’re okay with the Jasmine Suites floor override, download both files and place them in your Mods folder.

If you’d rather keep the default concrete flooring, only download the main file (without Jasmine Suites floor) and place it in your Mods folder.

You can always test it out and remove the file if needed!

I wanted this first override to be accessible to as many Simmers as possible, so it works with just the base game! However, you will need City Living to access the apartments.

I’m already planning future lobby overrides using other packs (and if cc creators agree also with their content) so stay tuned!

Want to take customization even further? I highly recommend using the T.O.O.L mod by @twistedmexi! It allows you to adjust lighting and add furniture pieces to truly make the space your own.

Give every Sim a more personal way to sleep! This version replaces the EA sleeping position with nine (9) custom sleep poses and adds a preference system so you can choose how each of your Sims sleeps.

✨Save a Sleep Preference✨

Each Sim can have their own preference, so household members don’t need to share the same sleep style.

Select Random if you do not want the Sim permanently assigned to one sleeping pose.

When Random is selected, the mod chooses from the nine poses whenever that Sim goes to sleep. This allows the Sim to sleep differently from one night to the next without requiring you to manually select another preference.

NO EYE SHINE

Hi, this mod removes the specular mask on every default eyecolour (regular & occult sims)  that means that your sims’ eyes won’t shine anymore. You can see what I mean in the before and after pictures. There’s nothing wrong with having shiny hopeful eyes, but I like playing with many lights sources and their crystal eyes don’t look that good with them. I also don’t like their eyes shining in the dark… creepy. I used to have installed this same mod (made by luumiasims) but apparently their version is causing some problems if you are up to date with patches so I just made my own. Let me know if there’s anything wrong, it has worked so far for me.
