Scallion Introduction post :3
You might see these characters often so I thought I would make a post about them. These are my interpretations of my favorite characters, save for Haku who is an OC. Long post!
Gender: transfem masc-leaning (he/she)
Nationality: Filipino-British, American born
More in tune with American culture and lifestyle than either of his birth parents’, Michael admits he peaked in high school and currently struggles with how he wants to live his life, whether in his father’s shadow or not. Michael also doesn’t really enjoy helping others unless he gets something out of it. Michael enjoys music (plays those cool rock guitars), he enjoys attending concerts and going to clubs, drawing, playing in arcades (not particularly consoles), and is very skilled in handiness and repair. In a modern era he can build a PC by himself. But he’s kind of lazy so he’d rather pay someone else to do it. Michael also cooks really well but again the laziness makes him prefer to eat free pizza even if it kills his stomach. He is easily panicked, and instinctively hides or freezes in the face of danger. Mike is recovering from a smoking addiction and sometimes excessively chews on chewing gum when he feels withdrawal.
Ratonhnhaké:ton “Connor” Kenway
Origin: Assassins Creed 3
Gender: two-spirit (he/him)
Nationality: Mohawk-British
Born in Massachusetts he was originally raised with his mother until her death, and he was sent to live with a friend whom she trusted more than her ex (😭). Connor is pretty stoic and cold even to people he’s close with, has a tendency to get cocky and arrogant when people challenge him, hardly uses contractions (English is his second language, Mohawk is his first), and has a tendency to fold his hands together. He also doesn’t really understand sarcasm and is quick to anger—he also doesn’t like when people touch him. However, past all this, he is gentle, warm, and his regard for others is entirely unconditional. He is always happy to help whether or not he gets compensation for it, and it has led to him being taken advantage of for his strength…he can lift a lot…Connor also enjoys mostly nature-centered hobbies such as hunting, hiking, rock-climbing, parkour (he will do those crazy videos), camping, etc. Connor’s main struggle in his life, currently, is the tense relationship he has with both father figures in his life, Haytham his biological father and Achilles his adoptive father.
Natural Harmonia Groipus (refer only as Natural)
Origin: Pokemon Black and White
Gender: non-binary transmasc leaning (they/them preferred but any is fine)
Natural was found in the woods as a child by their father, Ghetsis, and was raised to be a king (even when they identified as a girl—Natural has had top surgery). Natural speaks quite fast sometimes, especially when excited or confused, and people often ask them to repeat themself because of it. As a result Natural doesn’t really speak often, and when they do it’s usually short bursts of speech. Natural has lived in isolation for much of their life, with only their sisters and father and the many animals Natural comes across being those they feel closest to. Natural enjoys exploring new things as a result, very fascinated and curious about the world around them in an almost childlike manner. They particularly enjoy adventure and RPG games, documenting and journaling their discoveries, and reading Wikipedia articles at 3am. Natural does well in most situations, facing problems head on and preferring to talk things out, though if they get annoyed by something they will end up yelling at people. Natural is learning to accept different opinions and perspectives (Ghetsis raised them to be a dick) so while Natural is willing to listen, they’re also kind of stubborn in their ways unless proven wrong. Natural also likes to drag people into their interests and has gotten their roommates to play an adventure RPG with them based on Mystery Dungeon.
Haku Bōshi (Legal name—Kurihara Haruka)
Gender: transmasc woman (he/him preferred—nonbinary and masculine terms preferred, but Haku will refer to himself as a woman.)
Haku was born into wealth and grew up a very arrogant and prideful person who…grew up with a very strict Asian parent. Iykyk but he probably had the best relationship with his dad out of the rest of them 😭 anyway, Haku immigrated to America and has since become a world-famous artist whose works have moved millions of tortured souls and uptight critics since his first work at 17. Other than that, he’s a huge asshole who is trying to become less of an asshole, as he openly admits to wrongdoing against his little brother who ran away and disowned his family because of Haku’s harsh criticisms and verbal abuse. Haku has accepted his little brother will never forgive him and just wants to be a better person, and many of his paintings are a result of his guilt that he hides from everyone outwardly. Haku is otherwise known to be very generous and giving, and a lot of people hang out with him because of his money, which he thinks he deserves. However, Haku also shows genuine interest in the lives of people he cares about and actively participates, giving gifts related to things they like and attending events with them in order to better understand. He thinks there is so much beauty in the world and that life should be experienced to the fullest, so he has no qualms about spending money if it means getting to do things with people he cares about. Aside from painting, Haku enjoys music, he enjoys nature, and he enjoys learning, which is really how he gets along with the rest of his roommates as he participates and joins in their lives. He wants to live to be the sibling he wishes he was for his little brother.
They are roommates and/or work closely together a lot. So they do a lot of things together and it’s usually chaotic because they are weirdos. And all butches
