I’ve been wanting to write a post like this since I started this blog. I got a friend to hypnotise me and give me suggestions to make me very gradually go into trance while writing my next blog post. Which is this one. Every word I type just chips away a tiny little bit at my concious mind, and if I keep typing for long enough it’s going to get harder and harder to think properly. At some point I’ll just shut down completely and state that I’m in trance, then I’ll post this and wake up. Well, that’s what he told me the suggestions were. Knowing him I’ll probably cluck like a chicken at some point.

I’ve always enjoyed the feeling of very slowly slipping into trance. It’s not something I experience much these days because I drop so fast now, usually quite early on in inductions. i guess it’s just become second nature to be hypnotised whenever someone starts talking like a hypnotist. So I don’t get to feel this…slow… gradual… emptying of my brain. I’ll never forget one of my earliest experiences of being hypnotised. i was feeling my mind slowly turning off and the hypnotist was teasing me about it, asking me to solve simple maths equations i’d normally have no trouble with as a way of proving that i was finding it harder to think.

And i’m definitely starting to find it harder to think… but I have to keep typing until i’m not thinking at all. i’m already getting to the point where when I make a typo i’m less and less inclined to fix it and more to just keep going because the more i ttype the less i think. I can feel the fuzziness starting to spread through my brain, making it harder to think of things to type but i will keep typing anywa oh yep i am definitely falling now haha ok i think it might be getting faster? not sure but harder to something

wait no i’m fine i’m still here, see still using punctuation and stuff, i still remember the quadratic formula but i think id struggle to actually use it at the moment and wow i’ve typed quite a lot already and i’m not suere what i’ve actually said now nd i dont know hw much longeer im gonna stay awake like look at my typing now…. body getting heavier and fingers starting to draag a little…..thoughts dragging to..mind empyting definitely now,,dont know hwo much longerr i ca keep thinking ii am  still awakeeee i think but i think  im close to lett go aand im prettty hyypnotised alreadddyd i think,….eyesa every heaaavy and boddy losiiin g control,,,,thiha ao weirdddd i dont iiknow why my typipoing hasa got so baddd im still awaakeee ii think maybe i dont knonw really i  dont remembrrr what i was saaaaayingg lol heree i go i thiikkkim emppppty now        mx i rr      so haard to thiiiink i,m,,,,,,,,i  df
