Sports physicals were always a bit awkward, especially in a group setting. Everyone involved, from the athletes to the medical staff, wanted to get through the required procedures as quickly as possible so they could get back to more important matters. For these athletes, that meant stripping off in the locker room and lining up naked in the gymnasium.
They goofed around for a few minutes to ease the tension, then stood at attention when the coach and the medical staff entered the room. There was an awkward silence as the guys locked eyes with the medical staff... and their assistants. To their horror, they realized the assistants were girls from their class.
"Men, you'll notice that there are a few girls from the nursing program here today. They will be observing the physicals for course credit. I expect you all to be on your best behavior."
"Y-yes, sir!" the embarrassed young men said in unison.
They stood there quaking under their classmates' gazes. All at once, the banter and horseplay ceased. They were no longer jocks in their environment - they were just naked boys blushing furiously in front of cute girls.
The first name was called, and the guys all gulped at once. It was going to be a long afternoon...
