It was a beautiful goodbye. Even if we cried more tears than we thought we could ever. Even if it hurt so much; we felt it deep within our hearts and our bones. Even if it meant I’d never ever see you again.

And as you closed your beautiful eyes, your last breath hit the beat of my heart.

I remember feeling so forlorn, so empty yet so full of dreams I couldn’t reach and someone I couldn’t become.

She was screaming, so loud, so effortlessly, cause she was just so tired and so fed up of being; no one even glanced upon her. No one stared and thought anything. No one held her and told her it would all be okay.
